1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Nexora Web Studio for our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Nexora Web Studio and clients for all web development and digital services.

2. Services

Nexora Web Studio provides web design, web development, SEO, digital marketing, AI automation, and related digital services. Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms require 50% advance payment to commence work and 50% upon project completion before final delivery. For ongoing services, payments are due monthly in advance. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates provided in good faith. Delays caused by late client feedback, change requests, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of Nexora Web Studio.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, and timely feedback required to complete the project. Delays in client deliverables may extend project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the delivered website and custom code. Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexora Web Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Malappuram, Kerala, India.
